  • The Heart Health Leaders network is an invite-only expert advisory network featuring a high caliber of multidisciplinary leaders across the United States. Leaders are selected based on their alignment with the network’s mission, national recognition as a leader in cardiovascular care delivery, system clinical capabilities/local burden of disease, openness to sharing learnings and best practices, and interest in participating in network activities (e.g. periodic advisor meetings, RWE/pilot initiatives, publications, etc.). We encourage clinical or pharmacy leaders who are interested in joining to contact us to set up an informational call.
